I have been experiencing ringing in my ears and was recommended by my colleague who purchased the tinnitus masker from Angie. She is very professional and listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs any audiology-related services.
I live in Taiwan and needed a pair of custom hearing aids within a week. Other hearing clinics take about two weeks to have it done but Angie and her team went above and beyond to make it happen for me within the time frame I requested. I am very happy with the service and hearing aids I purchased from them.
My parents have been experiencing hearing loss for some time but refused to get tested or to wear hearing aids. We finally convinced them to see Angie and bought a pair of hearing aids from her. She was very thorough in explaining the hearing test results to us and we were very pleased with our overall experience.
