How it works?

2. After you submit this form, we will contact you to find a day and time that is convenient for you.
3. Provide Us with Your Audiogram
Please provide a recent audiogram (within the last 6 months) from a licensed hearing professional. Our clinicians will review your audiogram to determine if the demo hearing aids are suitable for your needs. If you don’t have an audiogram, we offer a comprehensive hearing test at our clinic for a small fee. If you decide to purchase hearing aids, the hearing test fee will be applied towards your purchase.
4 .We Will Customize the Hearing Aids to Your Needs
Based on your audiogram, we will program the hearing aids to match your hearing thresholds for complete customization.
Hearing Aid Demo Restrictions
Typically, you will be given a Behind-The-Ear (BTE) model that matches the features and technology level recommended by your hearing health care professional. Custom-fit styles require molds of your ear and are not available for demos. However, the BTE model will provide a similar experience, allowing you to evaluate the key features and functionality.
Will the Demo Hearing Aids Sound the Same as the Ones I Purchase?
Not entirely. The demo hearing aids will be programmed to improve your hearing but may not adjust to full prescription as needed. This is similar to gradually increasing a medication dosage to allow your brain to adjust. The demo will show you an improvement but not the complete programming of the final hearing aids. The final hearing aids you purchase will be custom-made to fit your ears, offering greater comfort and more precise, natural sound processing—delivering a significantly better experience than the temporary demo devices.
