This is often caused by a poor fit or earwax buildup. Try reinserting your hearing aid, cleaning your ears, and clearing the vent or sound outlet of wax and debris.
No Sound
The most common causes include a dead battery or a clogged microphone or earmold. Replace the battery, clean the device, and check the wax filter. It may need replacing if it’s been over three months.
Distorted Sound
This may be caused by moisture, debris, or a clogged wax filter. Gently dry and clean your device, and replace the wax filter if needed.
